ARTICLE 7 - ADOPTION AND AMENDMENTS

	Section 1 - Adoption
		This constitution and by-law shall be condered adopted and in immediate effect when two-thirds of the members present at the business meeting at which a vote is take for adoption, shall vote in favor of adoption.
		This vote shall be taken at the next business meeting after formal presentation to the church.

	Section 2 - Amendments
		Any provision of the constitution and by-laws may be amended, altered or replaced by a two-third vote of the member present at the business meeting at the regular business meeting of the church; provided however, that notice and proposals of such amendment or alteration must be given in writing at the regular business meeting preceding the vote.

	Section 3 - 
		The original of the constitution shall be dated and signed by all members of the constitution committee (church council) and kept in the church safety deposit box at the local bank.
		All amendments shall be dated and signed by the church clerk, and noted on the original copy as amended and placed with the original.
